If you like crossword puzzles or you dig Einstein, pick up a copy of today's New York Times for an oversized puzzle by Elizabeth Gorski (the puzzle's at the end of the NYT magazine).
And then guess how long it took me to solve this crossword, speed-solver that I am. Whoever comes closest gets a prize of trumped-up effusive praise designed just for you!

I'm not going to hazard a guess...but did the NE corner kill you like it did me?
Nope, no corner killed me.
But I just watched the DVD of the B finals (purchased from Nancy Shack)—a lot easier to watch and hear than the QuickTime movie. (You looked good from the rear, so all your workout classes have not gone to waste.) Ahh, it never gets old!
Oh dear god I don't want to see that video...I might bash my head into the wall watching myself make all those mistakes. :-S
Yeah, you sure did have a lot of entries you ended up changing! I must say it made for fascinating viewing. Arnold's printing was lighter and the camera angle made it harder to see his grid, so I don't know what he was doing. But it was so easy to see everything on your grid.
And I just found out on this DVD that the C finalists all finished in, like 6 or 7 minutes. Easy clues, feh.
